- What delivery criteria can I select?
Delivery selections include but are not limited to zip code, subdivision, home sale price, square footage, SFH, MFH, and age of home. We will work with you to customize a delivery plan that makes sense for your business.
- What does this cost?
There is a fee for each home visit. The fee varies slightly according to the delivery criteria selected. The per visit fee will range from $3.00 to $3.50 per visit. The home visit fee includes delivery of a list of homeowners visited.
There is a $150.00 set up fee. The fee includes the preparation of a standard marketing piece including a coupon. We will include a coupon holder in the gift package. We want to be sure each sponsor's offer is designed to "fit" the coupon holder so that the homeowner has a convenient way to retain the offer until they are ready to use it. The fee includes up to two revisions.
You may choose to be responsible for supplying the printed offer, or we can do it for you.
The set up fee includes a listing in our directory.
There is a $100.00 charge to change your message.
- What can I include?
You may include general marketing material and brochures. We do not require, but strongly encourage the inclusion of a promotional item.
- What type of offer should I include?
We suggest an offer designed to drive traffic to your business and something of greater value than a typical discounting strategy. We feel that the statistics speak for themselves:
80% of new movers will try free new products or services from businesses. They will respond more favorably to an offer that is not a typical discount coupon. Once they come to your business, it is your opportunity to impress them and create a repeat customer.
- Am I locked into a contract?
The initial contract is six months duration and becomes a month to month contract after that. We require thirty days written notice to cancel the contract. You are required to maintain a minimum of one zip code for six months.
- How am I billed?
Homeowners are required to sign for receipt of the gift basket. You will be billed monthly for all confirmed deliveries.
- How many deliveries will be made?
Unfortunately, we cannot predict the direction of the housing market. However, we have historical data available to help estimate the number of deliveries which will be made.
